You've tried not drinking after a certain time each night, you've tried waking up often to go to the bathroom during the night, and you've tried other things like bed wetting alarms, bed wetting sheets, medications, and other bed wetting products. Now, you've turned to bed wetting remedies that come from nature. It is a good place to be.

Causes of Bed Wetting

Many factors and conditions could contribute to bed wetting. Some causes of bed wetting: weak kidneys, weak bladder, fear, adrenal fatigue, delayed bladder control, low ADH (anti-diuretic hormone), and even constipation. According to Web MD, many children inherit their bed wetting from their parents or a close relative.

While it can be frustrating for the person changing the sheets and clothes after many nights of bed wetting, remember it is just as frustrating for the one who is doing the bed wetting. There are also many herbal blends available from different herbal companies. These herbal blends can sometimes pinpoint a condition or ailment for more vigorous treatments.
